Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Breckenridge, MN. From: 02/09/2024 to 12/01/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs/day As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. JOB DUTIES: Drive/operate farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of corn, soybeans, wheat, and sugar beets. Attach farm implements, e.g. plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment, drive/operate self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Perform duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery, and transport produce to elevator or storage area. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum (3) months experience, able to lift 60 lbs., willing to obtain Class D Driver's License within two months of hire. If applicant already has a license, applicant must furnish employer with a current driving abstract showing acceptable driving record. CDL preferred. High School Diploma/GED. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
