Location: 6030 East Independence Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28212

Job Description:

Specific Responsibilities:

  • File within our filing system all deals, forms records and reports.

  • Examine incoming material for legibility and classify properly.

  • Retrieve file information as necessary using our “Pull a Deal” system.

  • Keep files current and maintain a record of files removed.

  • Make copies, Email documents as necessary.

  • Proofread for accuracy

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

No experience necessary.

Verbal and Writing Ability:

Ability to receive and communicate with CCAO staff courteously, efficiently, and professionally.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Accounting software and Inventory software.

Environment Demands:

Duties are performed primarily in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with CCAO staff.

Physical Demands:

The Filing Clerk is regularly required to sit, stand, Kneel, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
