Robert Half Sales Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the real estate and property industry. The role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and involves the function of a Sales Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry for new home options and contracts

• Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline

• Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates

• Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies for settlement related details

• Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business

• Utilize CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Handle cash activity and closing processes

• Manage complaint handling and liaise with the C-Suite

• Understand the construction, university degree, custom homes, and building industry

• Familiarize with residential homes.

Requirements • Proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing client interactions

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience with 'About Time' software or similar time management tools

• Knowledge of cash activity and closing processes in the real estate industry

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Familiarity with C-Suite level communications and operations

• Understanding of construction processes, specifically in the context of custom homes and residential homes

• University degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Real Estate

• Prior experience in the building industry, particularly in a sales or customer service role

• In-depth knowledge of residential homes, including market trends and customer preferences

• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
