The Journey Ahead Home Care Agency in Cleveland, OH is looking for HHA/STNA/CNA to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Rates starting at: HHA $14  CNA $15  STNA $16

Responsibilities

• Provide personal home care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Report on clients condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and transferring
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HHA/CNA/STNA
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proof of automobile insurance *Required
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CPR certificate *Required
• Current First Aid training *Required
• Valid driver's license *Required
• High school degree
• TB testing *Required

• Background check upon hire *Required
