Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining constructive, positive employee relationships; providing support, partnership, and coaching with Company employees to assist in workplace engagement and loyalty

• Provide Onboarding and training, creating an inclusive, employee-focused experience, based on business values and objectives

• Conduct regular follow-up calls with new and existing employees, to address any concerns and/or needs for additional training or resources

• Conduct Exit Interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends with HR Management

• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs

• Ability to work on site

• Other duties as assigned
