Job Summary and Qualifications

• We are seeking a PBX Operator to provide exceptional customer service for the hospital while performing switchboard activities.

• You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

What will you do in this role?

• Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism

• Route incoming calls

• Operate the public address system

What qualifications will you need?

• High School Diploma or equivalent is needed

• Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred
