Support recruitment admin duties such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, filing interview notes etc. Responsible for maintaining HR department filing, scanning, and HR data entry Prepare Office of Inspector General reports for all staff monthly Track all scholarship awarded to/by the company and process reimbursement for all covered college expenses to staff. Prepare Discrepancy Report for any issues with insurance carrier statements. Communicate with health insurance carriers regarding any discrepancies Collect data and complete templates for annual Affirmative Action Report. Assist with Onboarding admin duties. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. We\'re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings): High school diploma or equivalent (required). Minimum 1-2 years of HR (onboarding tasks) experience is required. Must have great attention to detail Excellent team player with a can-do attitude Flexible and great customer service with good communication skills.
