TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Moorestown, NJ for a Customer Support Specialist. This role will be supporting customer account orders and over sales support to maintain a high quality customer experience. Candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

Description:

• Answer customer inquires regarding products and provide updates on purchase orders

• Deliver a high quality customer experience

• Engage in building customer relationships for long standing business

• Provide support for sales opportunities, quotes and inventory management

• Update shipment information, delays and tracking

• Communicate with internal colleagues for supply chain procedures

Qualifications:

• Customer Support and inside sales experience

• ERP experience highly preferred

• Order processing

• Strong Communication skills

• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred but not required

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Shift: 8am-5pm

• Contract-to-hire

• Fully on-site
