Fedcap Program Coordinator in NH, United States

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Coordinator works in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Program Directors in supporting day-to-day operations. The Program Coordinator will support administrative and reporting requirements along with coordinating various program requirements. Ideal candidates will have experience in program coordination and administrative responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Participate in professional development opportunities, if CRSW (Certified Recovery Support Worker) credentialed, Granite Pathways will support ongoing credentialing renewal if certified upon hire and if there is a business need for continued licensure.

  • Knowledge and understanding of CRSW credentialing and renewal process.

  • Implement concepts presented in orientation and training within the role of Program Coordinator.

  • High level technological skills for implementing, operating and staff training in case management systems.

  • Assist the Operations Manager and Program Directors with assigned task to support Granite Pathways management.

  • Develop targeted communication strategies and tools for the company and each program.

  • Assist with any fundraising needs across the company. Daily reporting tracking and spreadsheet maintenance.

  • Organize ongoing professional development training and administrative support to field within data management, MS applications, DocuSign, Zoom, Oracle, CareVoyant and credentialing.

  • Organize scheduling, registration and material distribution for Nurturing Parenting, PASTA, DCYF 101 and Addiction/Recovery 101

  • Assist all program areas with medical billing including but not limited to:

  • Reviewing all billing encounters for errors

  • Work with staff to correct billing errors.

  • Help staff understand the billing process and workflow.

  • Keep track of any prior authorizations and renewals needed.

  • Enter PHI into CareVoyant for Medicaid billing.

  • Program manual and SOP maintenance and management.

  • Resource database maintenance and management for field staff.

  • Schedule and manage field staff CRSW and professional development trainings.

  • Help to manage and organize all GP staff annual training needs to include: CRSW training and cert renewals, and any other training needs identified by program directors or supervisors.

  • MLADC Clinical supervision coordination and management if applicable to maintain any credentialing.

  • Administrative duties include reporting overview, filing, typing, scanning, copying, phones.

  • Delivery of field supplies as needed.

  • Meeting attendance including staff, leadership, billing, and supervision.

  • Uphold all client confidentiality rules as required by 42 CFR and HIPAA standards.

Required Education and Job Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Close familiarity with local recovery community.

  • Experience with evidenced-based parenting skills curriculum.

  • Experience with Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health Services and Child Welfare system (lived or professional).

  • A means of transportation.

  • MS office intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and all Office 365 products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrable knowledge of

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Normal business hours: At times, must be willing to work beyond normal business hours as needed by operational needs and event schedules.

Travel

Travel will be required as needed to support the objectives of contracted programs.
