LOAN DOCUMENTATION CLERK DEPARTMENT:Commercial/Ag Post Loan Closing CLASSIFICATION:Non-Exempt REPORTS TO:VP Loan Documentation Officer
Position Summary: Process all work flow in the loan department including; processing, updating, filing and all maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff. Duties:
- Distribute Paid notes to officers
- Distribute interoffice mail
- Process all loan payments mailed/brought in
- Scanning-remove specific documents from post-scanning packages and organize
- Implement all account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
- File New notes in the note drawers along with Automatic Transfers; Extensions, Modifications
- Quote Payoffs
- Maintain new note log
- Distribute monthly financial ticklers to officers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform Line/Loan Grade Changes
- Assist with Projects and reports
- Process Loan Statements
