The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

We are now seeking a Lead Solutions Architect who loves the challenge of solving problems and improve people's lives. You'll collaborate with fellow architects in and delivery leaders in Insurance segment to make a major impact on the Medicaid and Specialty space by provide world-class, best of breed solutions!

Job Profile Summary

The Lead Solutions Architect works, collaborates and partners with various domains across Insurance like Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Provider and Clinical etc., to deliver solutions for new Medicaid State implementations and market enhancements. The Lead Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in crafting various solution options and recommendations for business problems in one or more domains in health insurance segment (Ex: Provider Network, Wellness etc.)

The Lead Solutions Architect is instrumental to address a diverse scope of responsibility from minor to complex issues where thorough analysis, assessment and thought are required in terms the business and information technology can understand.

The Lead Solutions Architect advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of multiple factors and determining the best course of action.

The ideal candidate has a passion for data as a core asset, the skillset and desire to craft solutions that apply leading technology to real-world business problems, and excellent communication and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be a key partner for the business leaders they support, ensuring their technology recommendations address business priorities while also adhering to IT best practices.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required

  • Experience leading architecture in modernization and transformation journey.

  • Experience in diverse technologies like Mainframe, .net, Java, Cloud tech etc.

  • Proven track record of driving efficiency measures in larger scale organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience participating in, interacting with, and improving architecture practices.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners, including communicating complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Contributed to establishing patterns, policies, guidelines, and procedures.

  • Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills enabling sound decision making.

Preferred

  • Experience in Health insurance industry (Medicaid, Medicare, Specialty etc.).

  • Conducted Vendor evaluation and selection process for technology platforms.

  • Experience working in agile framework, like SAFe.

  • Proven professional experience in a role with strategic planning, resource planning, business process engineering, and budgeting.

  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.

Work-At-Home Requirements

  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$139,500 - $192,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
