The role you’ll contribute:

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Donor Relations and Annual Giving Coordinator to join our AdventHealth Foundation West Florida team! This team member will report to the Director of Donor Relations and Annual Giving, supporting both fundraising and donor relations operations.

This team member supports the Foundation’s regional operations through weekly gift deposits, gift entry and tax receipts, coordinating and submitting invoices, creating reports and presentations for the department’s leadership team, daily duties in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, assisting the Manager and Director with Grateful Patient operations services, support employee giving and annual giving operations and other responsibilities that help the Foundation team streamline processes and procedures while driving progress and meeting goals.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Responsible for processing and management of employee gifts including gift entry, payroll submittal, fulfillment, stewardship and more

· Manages gift deposits, gift entry and tax receipts on a weekly basis for all gifts

· Support grateful patient efforts with securing monthly patient files and submitting for research

· Support Director with weekly stewardship actions and follow-up

· Assist where needed and attend cultivation and stewardship events that support fundraisers

· Support and attend employee giving launches, events and stewardship activities

· Support Manager with annual giving societies including newsletters, recognition and events

· Assist Director and Manager with development of reports and presentations as needed

· Support Gift Map system for tracking of existing donor recognition and naming opportunities available to fundraisers

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or related field

· Professional experience in the fundraising or nonprofit industry

· One to three years’ experience directly related to the duties

· Ability to create, compose and edit written materials

· Knowledge of fundraising software applications such as Raisers Edge

· Knowledge of Wealth Screening tools such as ResearchPoint
